We're honored you're considering our truck for your special event! We would love the opportunity to share our pizza & family tradition with you & your co-workers, friends, family, neighbors, & team.  Every business event, birthday, surprise party, graduation party, or neighborhood get together has been unique & we consider it our job to work closely to fulfill your dreams & desires! 

Our team's goal is to create memorable experiences for you & your family, friends, neighbors, guests, & co-workers. 

Private Event (by our definition): event that is closed to the public & the event coordinator is paying for guest's pizza!

HOW IT COMES TOGETHER

Our Event Guide, Elise, will walk you through the following pieces of making all your pizza truck dreams come true: 

  • wood fired pizza made & served fresh at your event location
  • pizza served directly to guests off the pizza truck & flexibility to serve appetizers & salad within your event space
  • the ability to design a menu that fits within your budget & needs
  • easy coordinating for all your catering needs - appetizers, salads, pizza, dessert & non-alcoholic beverage options
  • high quality, eco-friendly paper products & tasteful salad/appetizer serve-ware included in all packages
  • personalized menu sign for your event
  • a unique & playful experience for your guests
  • one-on-one coordination of the truck specifically for your event - details & timeline sent ahead of time
  • a truck staffed in order to get food to your guests briskly

Private Event PRICING

Monday - Thursday | Lunch: $800 minimum food order

Friday-Saturday | Lunch: $1000 minimum food order

Monday-Thursday | Dinner: $1000 minimum food order

Friday - Saturday | Dinner: $1750 minimum food order

Private Event Fee: 1-100 guests, $200 | 101-200 guests, $250 | 201-300 guests, $300

$10/person food minimum

DEPOSIT: A deposit of $250 is due to hold date on calendar. A second deposit is due one month before your event when we follow up and finalize details. Final payment is due prior to your event and will be charged by a Hall's Pizza Kitchen representative. 

FINE PRINT: Prices apply to events within the OKC metro area (within 15 miles of our restaurant). Additional costs may be applied based on distance. Any cancellation made on or before one month prior will receive a full refund. Upon the event of a cancellation after that, no deposit will be refunded. If the weather is hazardous or dangerous (below freezing temperatures, ice, tornado activity), for both our truck & employee's safety, we reserve the right to cancel the event. This course of action is our last resort. If something like this should occur, we will be in constant communication with you. Prices apply to events in 2018. 

The Process

  • Email us at events@thehallskitchen.com to book your event!
  • Hold the date on our calendar by paying the first deposit 
  • Fill out the details & information form, sign the contract & submit to events@thehallskitchen.com
  • Coordinate final details with our Event guide, schedule final payment, etc.
  • Enjoy some wood fired pizza!

Menu suggestions

LUNCH: 2 slices of Wood Fired Pizza, a Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookie, & a beverage / $13.25 per person

DINNER: The 3 Cheese Charcuterie, the Daily Salad, 2 slices of Wood Fired Pizza, a Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookie, & a beverage / approx. $20 per person
