Below, you will find more clarification when it comes to hosting an event with our team. We are here to answer any other questions you might have and hope to start planning an event with you very soon!

PRICING

RENTAL FEE - This fee covers the event space itself and includes all tables, chairs, silverware, silverware linens, smallwares, and TV’s (the number of TV’s is based on the space you are renting). This fee also ensures that the space you are renting will be private and yours for the entire rental period. Most importantly, the rental fee includes an in-person/over the phone planning meeting and/or unlimited email interaction to build a menu, set the space, and establish a timeline / flow of your event.

MINIMUM FOOD + DRINK - This is the amount we require you to spend on food & beverage during your event. This pricing is established based on your event’s date, time, and season. This base price is set to build your gathering’s menu - we will suggest quantities and options to help easily reach your minimum. Your bar setup (see below for more details) can be included in this as well.

GRATUITY - A 20% gratuity of your final food & beverage bill (pre tax) will be required to cover your staff over the course of the evening. They love setting the scene for your event, operating your gathering behind the scenes, and making sure your vision is carried to completion.

EVENT CONTRACT + CREDIT CARD AGREEMENTS - Once we receive your event’s contract and credit card form, the date is officially yours and we will begin the planning process (our favorite part)! The contract and credit card form hold you legally to the agreed upon date, time, and pricing requirements. We recommend reading over your contract thoroughly before signing as it states important aspects of our space and helps clarify questions you might not have known you had. The credit card form stands in place of an event deposit. We will not charge the given card until the closing of your event or in the case of a contract break.

PAYMENT SYSTEMS - Please bring the credit card you would like to use for final payment with you to your event. We will run your card at the conclusion of your event. 

RENTAL PERIODS / ADDITIONAL TIME - Please also note that additional charges will be implemented in the case that your gathering runs longer than stated on the contract.  We want you to completely enjoy your additional time and not be caught off guard by these additional charges. Your rental period begins upon your arrival for any set up, etc. It ends at the conclusion of your period. If you would like to add more time to your rental prior to your event, let us know. Pricing will vary depending on your base pricing. On the day of your event, if your group stays past their rental period (we’re glad you’re having a good time!), we’ll add an additional $75 to your rental fee per 30 minute period.

EXTRAS + ADD ONS - We also offer some additional decor and menu options for events that you might be interested in! These “add on” components do not go towards your minimum food & drink cost : 

  • Eucalyptus | $45 | We offer this as a beautiful buffet table accent. 

  • Speaker and microphone for toasts, presentations, etc; | $150 | This addition allows your guests to better engage in any significant talking point taking place during your gathering. We highly recommend this for rooftop events, especially!

  • “Off menu” items | prices vary | These menu options offer an additional flair to your event!

    • Charcuterie | cheese, cured meats, dried fruit, nuts, marinated olives

    • The Roasted Goat Bruschetta | roasted tomatoes, goat cheese, our pesto, crostini

    • The Hall’s Bruschetta | balsamic marinated tomatoes, fresh basil, parmigiano reggiano, crostini

  • Table Menus | $30 (price may vary depending on guest count/number of tables) | These table menus allow your guests to be completely in “the know” when it comes to your event’s menu. They will list the entire menu & be personalized with your names/event title.

  • Standing Heaters | $75 each | For the chillier months on the rooftop, we offer these standing heaters as an option to adhere to your guests’ comfort! These heaters extend the warmth past the heated awning to maximize your space. 

  • Pastel banners | $150 | These rooftop banners make the celebration all the more colorful and fun!


MENU INFO & HOW TO SELECT YOUR MENU & BAR INFO

BEVERAGE OPTIONS - All events are required to offer their guests either a BAR option or our soda & tea service.

BAR — Choosing your bar menu - We recommend choosing 4-5 beer options from our menu and 3-4 wine/sangria options as well. This gives you the freedom to choose the drink menu and know exactly what each drink will be costing!  All our beer & wine pricing is based off of consumption/price per glass or bottle.

Open bar - We set up the bar with the selections you chose & don’t close the bar until the conclusion of the event.

Limited bar - We serve your guests up to a certain amount of drinks (from the bar selection you made) that you choose.  For example, if you have 30 guests at your gathering & you’d like each guest to have around 2 drinks, we would plan your limited bar at 60 drinks.  We’ll tally to that point & “close the bar” or move to a cash bar set up where guests can purchase additional drinks on their own.  You tell us the number of drinks you would like us to serve & we will serve to that point.

SODA + TEA SERVICE / NON-ALCOHOLIC DRINKS - This service can stand alone or accompany a bar selection above.  The soda & tea service gives your guest the option to freely ask for soda, tea, or any specialty (non-alcoholic drink) throughout the duration of your event. Specialty non alcoholic drinks (besides soda and iced teas) include : Orange Lemonade, Hot Chocolate with housemade marshmallows, Topo Chico, Prelude coffee with housemade simple syrups, and hot tea from Urban Teahouse.
